We stayed here for a week in the summer of 2024 as a family and were really happy with everything. The location was good (close to the marina, easy distance to the city centre), the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities our family of four needed and the owners were really responsive to the one minor issue we had (lightbulb going out; fixed within a couple hours). Overall, would recommend as great value.

We had an amazing stay in Southampton, it was everything I expected and more after seeing the pictures online, these are a true reflection. I really felt like it was a 'home away from home' as it is very well equipped for my family, we had a great time with clear views of the Marina. It's in a good location and walking distance for shops, dining, bars etc. Chris and Neil were very responsive in communicating with me. I most definitely would recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

Thank you for an amazing two night stay. The apartment was stunning and so clean. We loved the unique décor and the bed was so comfortable, we will definitely book again!! The communication with the owners was very prompt and they were very accommodating when we asked for a slightly later check out due to my disability. The balcony was a plus, just a shame the weather wasn't great as it would have been perfect on a sunny day.

I’ve stayed in a few places in Southampton and these apartments are by far the best. By a very long way. They are clean and very well furnished and very secure. Great customer service and any issues are resolved instantly. I highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable and excellently maintained. In a beautiful location. Lots of living space. Our sons loved being so close to the station, and train sounds were hardly noticeable in the cottage.

We stayed at Seymour house. It was a very late last minute same day booking and Neil and Chris were absolutely amazing with getting us in there. In all my travels this was hands down the most comfortable stay. The beds were absolute heaven. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The apartment was well stocked and if we needed anything at all, it was no trouble. Communication was fast and easy. Highly recommend staying at Seymour House or using Smart apartments for your stay.

The apartment was ideal for our 3 week stay. Excellent bathroom, good size bedroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Plenty of food outlets around the area. The allocated parking slot was a god send in a very busy area.
The flat was as described, very good contact with the landlord. The location of the flat is very convenient, close to the bus stop, grocery shops, gym also very close. I would highly recommend :)

A well kept block with quite a high standard of finish. A working intercom entry system does its job well. Town is in easy walking distance and A paid car park is very near that often has plenty of spaces.The building is a bit of a maze so remember which route you take so you can exit from the same door. If not you will need to walk around the building to get back to where you started.

Modern, great colour scheme in the communal areas interior, fire safety is good, secure parking for residents , large public parking.
I arrived late on my first day and had a little trouble checking in, but other than that, it was perfect. The location is close to TESCO, the bus stop to the city center, and right in front of the beautiful OCEAN VILLAGE! I stayed for two weeks for a business trip. It was one of the most well-stocked apartments I've ever stayed in, with everything I needed: kitchen detergent, extra trash bags, laundry detergent, plus an iron (and even a bathtub). Chris and Neil were always quick to respond - thank you for making my time in Southampton happy.
On arrival after an 18 hour flight, we arrived at our flat to find it had not been cleaned ready for us (despite the fact that it was booked out for the day before our arrival) I contacted Chris straight away and he was straight on to it and had the cleaners sent straight in to sort the problem out.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
I would recommend there be some basic cleaning products and tools i.e. hoover/mop and cloths. The cleaners do come in once a week but there is nothing to use in between it would be good to have the option to be able to use these.
What a fantastic apartment. Very well situated with incredible view over Southampton! All amenities are provided and all comforts in place. All this at a incredibly reasonable price.

What a great little apartment, I usually do hotels but i will be checking the availability of this apartment first in the future.
Spotlessly clean and everything there you could need for a stay and with private off street parking.
Lots of choice of restaurants all within a 5 min walk - or self cater in the fully equipped kitchen.
Communication with the owners was great and access couldn't be easier, I messaged them a couple of times and I had a response within the hour!

The apartment is walking distance from Ocean Village and very close to the Isle of Wight ferry and New forest.
The apartment is in an older building but inside the apartment is very new and modern.
Easy access to the apartment. It is on the top floor with views across the city.
There was scaffolding up due to works on the outside but didn't really affect us as we were out each day. Towels provided. Fans provided and tea coffee & sugar.
We slept in the double room and the bed was very uncomfortable. My husbands side of the bed was awful with twanging springs and a noticeable deep dip which meant we rolled into the middle. I slept on the edge so both of us didn't really sleep for three nights!
I would not return for this reason. Such a shame as the apartment is lovely yet the beds are awful!

A good apartment that is clean and well equipped with good views. Only slight hassle is the access which is in a bit of a dodgy area and the lift takes ages to go up and down.
There is a coop and Tesco just across the road, in addition to a couple of bars and restaurants in ocean village. I’d recommend avoiding Banana Wharf if possible.

Lovely apartment with great views across Southampton. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. A shame that the scaffolding obscured the view. Also it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Superb. Lovely location near to a park and we could bring our dog. We had the ground floor apartment which has a small garden which was a bonus. The people managing the property were super helpful. We would stay again.
Brilliant, peaceful week. Smashing house in a fabulous location. Everything you could need. I was working away from home for the week and the WiFi was top notch. Next to a lovely pub and the railway station, not that you’d know, it was very peaceful. Easy drives to New Forest villages, Lymington and Southampton and there’s ponies are on your doorstep.Disliked nothing… it satisfied my every need.

A perfect place for a long weekend. It was clean, warm and well presented. There was a separate seating area, away from the TV and kitchen, which was good for us. It is very near some lovely places to walk.
Exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay, it was so clean and cosy. The cottage is also in a perfect location as it’s near the town and has a good selection of places to go for a meal. The cottage had everything you needed, will definitely be returning.

That is a place i would definitely want to stay next if i was to visit southampton. The location was walking distance to most of the places i wanted to visit especially to Solent university where i was to attend graduation. I loved the entire setup of the room.It was both a home and hotel to me.
Fabulous and immaculate place to stay with spectacular views and facilities! Very clean and quiet.
Beautifully furnished apartment, quite close to the city centre. I was on the top floor with a great view towards the ferry terminal, and a small balcony. The washing machine was very handy and the tv had plenty of apps. The unit was a short drive from a large shopping centre and paid all day parking.
Excellent stay. The location was good, very close to Ocean Village. The apartment was decorated very nicely.
Night stay for friends wedding. Big apartment that could accommodate more people. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of fluffy soft towels provided. Complimentary water and some key condiments. Iron and ironing board provided and in good condition (we were in Southampton for a wedding so this was important) Two bathrooms were really handy also whilst getting ready.
Brilliant location, well furnished and modern. The fans in the bedrooms were very welcome - it was red hot in the apartments due to the weather!
I would recommend this apartment to everyone travelling to the area. Very quiet, the apartments are so well built that you cannot hear the neighbours at all. The apartment was perfect.

Owner was easily reachable throughout the stay and answered any questions very promptly and effectively.
Perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. We were so pleased with our apartment. It was so clean and fresh, lovely floor to ceiling windows with an amazing view. It was comfortable and had everything we needed from utensils to towels to tea and coffee! They thought of everything. Honestly I couldn’t fault it at all. The hosts sent me a message the evening we arrived, that if there was anything we needed they would help to sort it. So even if there was something, it would not of been an issue as we had such friendly hosts.

Great stay at Atlantic Mansions. The hosts are amazing and very helpful. We are two weeks into our month stay here at Smart Apartments - Atlantic Mansions and loving it. The first apartment was cozy and well kitted. I would highly recommend staying here.
Lovely apartment in a great location for the bars, restaurants etc at Ocean Village. Also a short walk away to city centre and also St Mary's stadium. Apartment was light/bright with big windows and with the sun shining in, the apartment was lovely and warm, which was great for a stay in November, we didn't need the central heating on😊Added bonus was the bottles of water, coffee and tea.

Such an amazing apartment! So clean and so modern! The view was amazing especially at night. Received free bottles of water which was amazing. Neil and Chris are amazing, they went above and beyond regarding our stay. Me and my partner arrived before check in time and they had no issue with us checking in early! Helped us over the phone to access the apartment and had no issue about it. During our stay we received emails from them checking up on us which is just amazing! I really didnt want to leave the apartment as I loved the experience! I honestly felt like i was at home in that apartment. Considering how close the apartment is to a slightly busy road with a junction it’s so quiet… we didnt hear any noise from the roads at all! 100% would recommend for the price (it’s so worth it) and for the experience. Im so happy that I stayed at Atlantic Mansions. Disliked nothing! During our stay the lifts weren’t working but I’m not complaining about that one thing… Me and my partner had a bit of exercise going up the stairs. There were construction works going on however, we were so lucky that we didnt hear anything at all! Only the builders walking along the scaffolding but thats a minor! I have no bad word to say about this apartment

Nice apartment, good location. Spacious kitchen and living room, bedrooms and main bathroom were good size too and one room had an en-suite. Location was good too, 5 min walk from harbour. We rented 2 apartments and they were next to each other which was ideal.
Great service from Neil and Chris. They kept in touch with me prior, during and after my stay, ensuring that everything was perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was provided.
Recommended, would definitely use again if in the area. Superb, modern, clean & well-equipped apartment in the redeveloped marina area of the city. Great for walks around the marina and only 10 mins walk from city centre. Nit-picking really, but couldn't find any book of useful information as per the norm, so had to work out everything including wi-fi, etc. Not really a problem for us, but some might find that annoying.
Great for staying in Southampton. Efficient entry instructions from host to collect the door key. Lovely well-kept apartment, they have everything you will need. All items within the property seem to be new or well-maintained and you feel a sense of luxury within the apartment. Also many good takeaway options if staying indoors as well as lovely restaurants in the marina not far away. As informed by the host, scaffolding work is currently taking place on the building. Be prepared to be awoken early doors by the various sounds of a building site. Builders however quite friendly and up for a chat on the balcony.

Stunning apartment. One bed apartment is stunning with everything you could ask for decor is lovely and balcony very nice with the sun on it most of the day. Location is about 20 mins walk into the city where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Neil the manager is so friendly and helpful if you need anything at all. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely apartment. My partner and I really loved the layout and design of the apartment. It was incredibly clean. Close drive to the city centre. When we called for help with the heating, we received assistance straight away.

GREAT! The apartment is much better than it appears in the photos!!! Very beautiful, airy, clean, clean bedding and bath, kitchen utensils, nothing missing! Chris is very quick to respond, super attentive!!! He didn't let me miss anything! The only bad thing that has nothing to do with the apartment is the street that is deserted at night... But the location itself is great, in less than 5 minutes walk you have markets, bars and great restaurants!

This lovely cottage was clean, spacious and airy. The master bed was just so comfy and the shower great. Beautifully decorated with comfy furniture. I had a problem once inside and Chris came and sorted it out immediately. Most importantly, my dogs were very relaxed and happy at the property. Great location. I would go again without hesitation!!!!😁

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in this lovely area. The location is fantastic, only 20 yards away from The New Forest pub and just a two-minute walk from the train station. The Woodlands are also within a 5-minute walk, while a delightful 40-minute walk along the road or through the picturesque New Forest leads to Lyndhurst. The house was exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend this Airbnb.

What a fantastic place to stay. I was sceptical from the photos but the apartment lived up to it. We felt instantly at home. It’s a huge place. Spotless and comfortable. Lovely warm central heating for Christmas. Great decor which was right up my street. It certainly made my decision to move down to Bournemouth the right one. We all loved staying here. Chris was amazing at sorting out the Wi-Fi on New Years Day. That’s service for you. I would highly recommend this lovely place. Just one tiny tiny minor gripe. A mirror in the bathroom would be good.
Had a fantastic Christmas stay at Rufus cottage. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The cottage was lovely and cosy we felt right at home there. Had plenty of room for a family of 5 and it was nice clean. Would definitely stay again
The apartment was spacious and comfortable, had everything that was listed. The host replied quickly any of our questions. Keep in mind that due to the temporary scaffoldings you cannot use the entrance with a lift. One minor inconvenience was that although the apartment was clean, trash wasn't taken out and the previous guest left dirty dishes in the dishwasher. This fortunately was solved quickly by the host.
The property is fantastic, well decorated and super clean. The location is also good! The only thing that could be better is the communication as I sent several messages to advise we were check in later and never received a reply. Apart from that all was fantastic! Would recommend.

Great location and amazing views of Southampton from the apartment. Really close to lots of good places to eat and drink + a short walk to town. Apartment was stunning and Chris was really helpful, checking in was really simple. It's worth knowing that the pictures are misleading as they are taken in two different apartments. This apartment is the first half of the pictures. I.e. there is no balcony etc. I was confused and booked expecting a balcony. Flat was still lovely so didn't mind too much, but those pictures shouldn't be included here.

The flat no 33 is well decorated and a quiet place to stay. It is located very close to the marina with a couple of restaurant looking into the water.
The place was so clean and homely- the blankets were a lovely touch- warm and homely- Netflix and WIFI. Close to centre and beaches are a short ride away. Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied along with towels and toiletries. Beds were so comfortable - with great garden space. Value for money. We enjoyed out stay- Thanks so much!
Had a great stay for a few days. Plenty of space for me, my husband, our baby and dog. A little more road noise than we’re used to but didn’t affect our sleep. Bed was very comfy. Great location for Bournemouth beach. We also visited Corfe Castle, Durdle Door, Sandbanks and the New Forest. All in less than an hours reach. Good communication with Chris, and Nicola was really helpful upon check-in. Would stay again.

Really really nice place. Loads of space in the living room and bedrooms, conservatory and garden is really nice. Had a our dinners out there, provided us with coal for the bbq although we didn't use it. check in was really nice, perfect explanation and really kind. offered us more towels and anything else we needed for out stay. 100% recommend.
Very nice and clean place. Feel good atmosphere, rather going for site seeing, you feel like to enjoy the stay at home. Only problem is for the nearest bus stop to city centre is bit of a walk.
The location is perfect being city centre and close to ferry terminal. We had a lovely stay in this comfortable flat and the hosts were prompt in responding to any queries. Altogether quite satisfied with our stay.
Lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk into the city centre. There is a coop store right on the doorstep which was convenient. Great on site parking which is gated. We had a lovely stay.

Great apartment, there is scaffold as you come in but it doesn’t detract from the actual apartment. Lift could be faster but it’s not quicker to walk down the stairs due to the route!

Very clean and modern apartment in a convenient location. Chris was brilliant, let us bring our dog and regularly kept in touch to make sure we were happy. Great communications and easy to understand instructions to get in. We had a lovely and comfortable weekend break.
Perfect location, close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Shop on the corner. Chris the host was fantastic and would highly recommend.
Can’t fault the actual flat itself it was decked out perfectly and the location was good with easy parking. However, when we arrived at the flat we thought we were in the wrong place as it hadn’t been made up- wet towels on the floor, bed sheets strewn across the beds and dirty glasses on the side. It was quite clear the cleaners hadn’t been in, we contacted the owner who was very swift at getting the cleaners round and apologetic.
Stayed for 3 nights,Lovely apartment with everything you would need, fully functioning kitchen, two lovely bathrooms. Great location we went to a lot of different bars restaurants etc, only issue we had was one day someone else had pinched our parking bay! good comms from the owners on the whole they were very helpful, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The apartment was amazing and was fully equipped with everything we needed and the place was spotless. Great view of the nearby harbour and communication was perfect. Wonderful stay and we definitely will be back! :)
The apartment was amazing, clean, modern, stunning views and we loved it. A great base to travel to lego land, peppa pig world, the new forest and around Southampton. It’s right next to ocean village. Our 3 year old loved his en suite for the week. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay in a smart apartment again.

Nice place, quiet and clean. Just around the corner you have the nice marina and some nice restaurants. Easy to park, even though you have to pay. There’s a Tesco store just down from the apartment. Quick communication with the host. Easy to walk to the center from the apartment. We where pleased to stay in the apartment and would rent it again if we come back.
A beautiful sunny well-appointed penthouse close to the action. Would definitely stay here again.
